What I think is that Ann likes to get her way.  She has all kinds of little things she does to try to motivate me to do what she wants me to do without coming right out and saying so.  For example, I may (and I stress may) be putting on a few extra pounds.  Anns been giving me a hard time about it – showing me websites & what not that say that my weight is less than ideal and whatnot.  So last night I get really hungry right after we went to bed.  I got up and had what I think is a pretty healthy snack, an apple & peanut butter.  Ann got all upset at this and said she’s sleeping on the couch and went to the couch!  Normally I would just leave her on the couch and figure that she made her own bed & now has to lie in it.  Last night I got to feeling bad because I knew she had a big day with a field trip for her school.  So I went out there and let her know that I was not admitting that I was wrong but that I thought she should come back to bed so she could sleep better.

So I guess I did a good job last night in dealing with the emotions.  Most of the time when I don’t deal well with the emotions but I guess a figured it out pretty well last night.

]]> http://andyandann.com/dealing-with-a-womans-emotions/feed/ 0 My honey bunny http://andyandann.com/my-honey-bunny/ http://andyandann.com/my-honey-bunny/#comments Wed, 04 Nov 2009 03:28:42 +0000 admin http://andyandann.com/?p=66 Well, I tell you what…I just love my baby, but sometimes she sure is a pain in the butt.  Today, I was supposed to take our dog Riley to the vet, and I took off of works especially to do so, and just as I was leaving work Ann calls me and leaves a message saying:  ”I bet you any money that you forgot to get a stool sample for the vet”.  I’m thinking what the hell, there’s a bunch of it out in the yard, but I guess it was supposed to be fresh.  The funny thing is I let the dog out in the morning and at lunch time and I just let him out there the whole time while I was on the internet.  LOL – oh well, I guess I forget quickly.  I told Ann that it was because womens brains were much better at communication than mens and that is why I have so much of a hard time remembering what she says to do.

Anyway – anyone that is an avid reader of this blog already knows that when Ann says it’s time for bed, it’s time for bed!  And that time is now!  So goodnight all!

Ann just said that she’s going to bed at 10 and she doesn’t care if I’m ready or not. I’ve got a drink here next to me and I’m a bit addicted to setting up this new website right now. I’m thinking that she is not going to be happy one bit if I do not go to bed at the same time as her. I’ll let you know tomorrow if this causes any trouble. In fact, she just said it is bull-sh$t if I don’t go to bed at the same time – wtf.
